Spectrum expands to Ontario, appoints G.S. Equipco as provincial agency

Spectrum Brands has appointed G.S Equipco as the official Ontario manufacturer agency for its plumbing division.
Equipco, based in Mississauga, ON, will assume sales for Pfister and Fortis brand accounts across the province. Spectrum has worked alongside Equipco in Western Canada since 2016.
“Representing Spectrum Brands in an exciting market like Ontario, the future looks promising,” said Mel Campbell, managing partner for Equipco. “We will continue to maintain industry relationships and develop core partnerships that complement our client base.”
Equipco currently represents 35 manufacturers across Canada, with branch offices in each province except Quebec. Its branch in Toronto, ON, serves the Maritimes.
